Vendors & Authors

Vendor Registration — $800

Designed for organizations, businesses, colleges and universities, agencies, publishers, and service providers. Vendor registration includes:

• One vendor table in the Conference Marketplace

• Opportunity to promote products, programs, services, or resources

• Organization listing in conference materials

• Visibility during designated vendor hours

• Opportunity to distribute approved promotional materials

• Recognition as a 2027 NABC Conference Vendor

Author Registration — $350

Designed specifically for authors who want to showcase and sell their books directly to conference attendees. Author registration includes:

• One table in the designated Author Marketplace

• Opportunity to display, promote, and sell books

• Opportunity to engage directly with conference attendees

• Author listing in conference materials

• Visibility during designated marketplace hours

• Recognition as a participating 2027 NABC Conference Author

Vendor and author spaces are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Premium vendor placement and additional promotional opportunities are available through qualifying conference sponsorship packages.

Tentatively as of 10/1/2026, plans are for vendors may set up at 8 am on Wed. April 21st and the marketplace will open at noon on Wed. April 21st. Marketplace will close at 6:30 pm each evening. Vending is set to end will end at 7pm on Saturday. This is subject to change as the hotel provides more details.

Please Note: Vendor and author registration provides marketplace participation and does not include full conference registration unless specifically stated. Individuals wishing to attend conference sessions and other ticketed programming must also register as conference attendees. Discounts are available for those registering as both presenters and vendors. Please email nabcounselors.vendors@outlook.com for discount codes to apply at registration.
